BeingAwesome was founded by Alok Bhatia, a globally recognized People & Talent leader with nearly two decades of experience shaping talent strategy for some of the world’s most dynamic organizations. After achieving coveted qualification from The Wharton School, Alok realized that true fulfillment comes from helping others unlock their own potential. This insight inspired him to create BeingAwesome - a pro-bono coaching platform dedicated to empowering professionals worldwide to discover their purpose, maximize their strengths, and achieve meaningful success.

Alok’s career spans leadership roles at ByteDance/TikTok, Media.Monks, McCann Worldgroup, and AXA XL, where he has built and led high-performing teams across the globe and driven award-winning talent initiatives. As a certified NLP Coach Practitioner and Wharton Global Fellow in Talent Management, Alok combines deep expertise in HR, rewards, and organizational development with a passion for coaching and mentorship.
